5 Natural Baby Skincare Products That All You Need
When it comes to baby skincare, there's bunch of products on the market, but not all of them are necessarily natural plant sourced. However, natural ingredients are so much needed, or rather say all needed by the delicate baby skin. So I'm actually quite glad when more and more natural baby skincare products come up and people start to realize you really don't need to spend extra money on something turned out, harsh chemicals that will not do good to your baby skin in a long term. 5 natural baby skincare products including oils, moisturizer cream and body wash are all you need that keep your baby's skin healthy and glowy.
#1 Kiehl's Nurturing Baby Cream For Face & Body
It's a natural soothing 24-hour hydrating cream blend with Shea Butter, Apricot Kernel Oil and Olive Fruit Oil. It nurtures and hydrates the skin, leaving it soft, moisturizes and evens out dry patches. It's a very thick cream and you only need a tiny amount at once. It can also be used on baby's problem skin like baby acne or eczema to add on a protection layer. Of course, adults can use it as a face, or hand, or body cream as well.
#2 Weleda Baby Calendula Face Cream
Weleda is a natural baby skin care line. Their products are simply great. This face cream is great with moisturizing and soothing your baby's dry skin. Again, the formula is a bit thick and oily but it does help dry skin to keep hydrated for long time, and if you use it regularly, it improves the dry condition and re-balance the skin's natural functions. It's also fantastic for adults to use it to sooth dry skin.
#3 Earthy Friendly Baby Calming Lavender Bubble Bath
This product is a 99.2% natural baby bath gentle blended for baby's sensitive skin. It has lavender oil, Mandarin Orange oil, Grapefruit Oil and Lavender Flower Extract ect in it, which makes it very gentle and calming for baby's skin. Plus it smells like lavender. Who wouldn't love lavender! Actually the lavender smell can sooth and help the baby relax. It's a great product to add onto your baby's night time routine and definitely helps your baby for a good night sleep.
#4 Coconut Oil
Before you are rushing into Boots to buy baby oil, just check if you have already got coconut oil in your kitchen. If you do, you don't need to buy a extra bottle of baby oil, especially when the baby oil is made of crap. You can buy extra virgin organic coconut oil everywhere, supermarkets, healthy food store, even Home Bargains. Coconut oil is a mild gentle moisturizer for your baby's delicate skin. You can use it everywhere, body, face, scalp. And babies love the coconut smell, it can actually help them sleep because it's so relaxing. After all, it's natural and organic.
#5 Olive Oil
Olive Oil is great for baby's cradle cap. Cradle cap doesn't harm your baby's scalp, but it can be itchy and uncomfortable. When I went to GP for a professional cradle cap cream for my baby, I surprisingly just got olive oil. And it's not even a special olive oil. It's just olive oil. But it really worked. Massage a little bit on the cradle cap and you can leave it, or you can use a baby brush, very gently brush the scalp. Usually babies find that very relaxing. But if they don't like it, you don't need to do the brushing part. I wouldn't use olive oil elsewhere just because personally I don't think it smells nice. But it's a natural, organic nourishing skincare product. And it's great for mama's stretch marks as well.

Aveeno baby products are mild on the baby's skin as they are made by active natural ingredients which are good in nourishing as well as moisturising the skin.
